My past husband Roy Raymond, not only was a friend of Keith’s, but as Sheriff, Roy was able to see the qualities of leadership, compassion and understanding Keith showed for fellow officers, other agencies or persons of ALL walks of life – – – senior citizens, youth, homeless or the individual who was just seeking advice or consolation.
